This Privacy Policy explains (i) what information HOP SERVICES collects through your access and use of HOP SERVICES’s mobile application, which allows you to order online and to get the delivery of the products you like in less time thanks to the HOP community, available on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices, on iOS and Android (the App), and to the website accessible at ⦁ http://www.hop.delivery and any other products and/or services available at the same URL address (together the Services), which are provided by HOP SERVICES; (ii) the use HOP SERVICES makes of such information; and (iii) the security level HOP SERVICES provides for protecting such information).

• Type of data collected.When you use or access the Services, HOP SERVICES may collect your personal data such as but not limited to your name, birth date, gender, delivery address, email address, phone number, IP address, geolocalization information, payment information, user name and password, or other information that can be used to identify you or contact you (Personal Data). For example, HOP SERVICES collects this information when you register to, access and use our Services.
• Third party plugins.HOP SERVICES also collects Personal Data from third parties plugins/websites such as without limitation Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Stripe, etc., that are provided by visitors/users who submit that Personal Data through the Services.

• Purpose of use.HOP SERVICES uses Personal Data that you provided to HOP SERVICES to perform the Services for which the data was collected, such as delivering the products ordered online through the Services, and for statistical purposes to improve the Services.
• Third party websites.The Services may contain links to other websites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Apple or Stripe. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any company or individual that HOP SERVICES does not control, nor to any websites that may be linked from the Services. The collection and use of your personal information shall be governed by such other party or website’s privacy policy. HOP SERVICES shall not be held responsible for their privacy practices

• Outsourcing of certain Services.HOP SERVICES may in some limited instances communicate your Personal Data to third parties e.g. Stripe to whom HOP SERVICES outsources the performance of some Services such as payment services.
• Legal compliance.HOP SERVICES will disclose Personal Data as required by law and/or by a competent authority or court, or if in our judgment it is necessary to protect HOP SERVICES or the users of the Services from any damage, loss or liability.

A cookie is a small data file that HOP SERVICES transfers to your electronic device and is stored on your electronic device. e.g. HOP SERVICES uses cookies or other analytics tools to measure the traffic to and usage of the Services and their different features, and other miscellaneous uses.

• Governing Law.This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss substantive law, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.
• Jurisdiction.Any dispute or difference arising out of or in relation to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to the right of appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
